Most grain shortfalls are measurement failures, not theft. This course takes the five channels apart in the order grain moves through your facility, so you can say how many tonnes sit in each one before anybody opens an investigation.

Before you start
Units 1 and 2 are free to read in full, along with the glossary and the list of what you will have built by the end. Units 3 to 15, the five job aids and the final assessment need an access code.
Every unit closes with At the bay tomorrow: one action you can take the next working day. Done in order they are not fifteen errands, they are a working reconciliation system.
