What we collect, and why
Contact form enquiries. When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type: your name, company, email address, phone number, and message. The form is delivered by Formspree, a form-handling service, which passes your message to our email. We use it only to answer your enquiry, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Online training courses. When you redeem an access code, the redemption is recorded on our server so each code works once. While you work through a module, your progress and answers are held in your own browser, on your device. When you finish and ask for a certificate, your answers are sent to our server to be marked, and the name you print on the certificate, your score, and the completion date are stored so employers can verify the certificate by its ID. Where a course limits how many times its assessment may be taken, we also store a count of how many attempts that code has used, so the limit holds even if you clear your browser. We store the count, not the answers you gave on each attempt.
SureGrain calculator. Everything you enter stays on your device. If you allow analytics, we record that the app was opened, but never the weights, prices, grades, results or other values you enter.
Optional website analytics. If you select “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics records page views, general device and browser information, approximate location, referral and campaign information, and actions such as opening SureGrain, starting a course preview, downloading a resource, clicking WhatsApp or completing an enquiry. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, messages, access codes, certificate IDs or form text. Advertising and personalised signals are disabled. Select “Privacy choices” at any time to allow or decline analytics.
